I find that I am reassured by the purpose that I find in all experiences. Even though I have faith in the guidance of a Supreme Principle and try to exercise this I have a hard time concentrating solely on one philosophy. I take delight in the myriad creative ways that spirituality is expressed. I’m finding more and more that people who express spirituality are all saying pretty much the same thing in different ways. After all we don’t all learn in the same manner using the same tools so why should we describe our experience using the same words and metaphors? Jesus spoke in parables to be able to communicate most effectively with the people listening. We must find the explanation that resonates most closely with our being and then, while maintaining some objectivity, apply it to our own circumstance.
